Cig2o batteries, chargers and accessories are covered under a one year limited manufacturer warranty. To register your Cig2o products for this warranty, please go to Cig2o's website here. Once you are on the homepage, click the link that reads "Need to register your new cig2o?", and fill in the required information.
If your Cig2o battery, charger or accessory stop working due to a manufacturer defect, you can send us the defective item for a replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover the cartomizers.
