Shipping and Returns
How long does it take to receive my order?
  Typically orders are processed within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. We do not ship on Sat/Sun, so please keep that in mind when ordering Fri/Sat/Sun.
Based on you location, shipping will take between 2-7 days to receive.
Free standard shipping for qualifying orders will take between 2-7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail takes between 3-4 business days.
UPS options are available by selecting the "More Carriers" dropdown on the shopping cart page.
How much is shipping?
  Shipping is free for all orders over $50 and will be shipped via USPS Standard. Additional shipping options are available during checkout and are priced based on location and speed.
(Currently the FREE SHIPPING is for Continental US only)
What is your return policy?

We will accept returns of un-opened items for store credit only, within
14 days of purchase. If the item is opened, there may be a re-stocking
fee. Consumable nicotine products are non-returnable. This includes
cartomizers, disposable e-cigs and e-liquid.
What shipping methods are available?
  We ship all orders via USPS by default. However for faster shipments, please select a UPS method during checkout.
Where is my tracking number?
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. A tracking number may be available in your account after 24 hours if the package was shipped via UPS. Please login to your account to view. Orders shipped via USPS will not include tracking numbers, only confirmation of delivery.

USPS tracking number may be available for your package and you can inquire by emailing customerservice@vapage.com
Vapage.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery issues should be taken up with your local postal office.
